Horizon Yacht Sales - Guaranteed Income Program

Owners of select yacht models are eligible for our 4-season, risk-free, Yacht Ownership Guaranteed Income Program. It is the easiest (least involved) program for owners and you will receive the following benefits:

Guaranteed income

You’ll receive a monthly pre-determined payment no matter the level of charter activity. Horizon guarantees a 9% return annually with other benefits.

Zero operating costs

We take care of all of the operating costs at no cost to you. Including yacht preparation, cleaning, dockage, insurance, individual boat briefings, chart briefing, ongoing maintenance and annual haul-out.

Owner costs

If you decide to upgrade your yacht, undertake special projects or have specific owner requests these will be charged at standard rates. An Owner turnaround start fee is charged per visit.

More owner sailing time

Use your yacht for up to 6 weeks per year. PLUS up to a further 6 weeks of sailing when you book your yacht within seven days of your charter start.

Worldwide sailing

We have selected partners worldwide and you can choose to sail at any of these destinations using a points system within our Worldwide Sailing Program. Click the link below for details.

Your choice of yacht

Choose any yacht over 38 feet from any one of these 5 world-class manufacturers: Nautitech, Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Jeanneau or Bavaria. There are NO RESTRICTIONS on cabin layout below 43ft, which is not the case with many other charter companies.

Duration

The Yacht Ownership Guaranteed Income Program can run for 1 to 4 seasons. This program can extend with a mutual agreement or you can switch to an alternative program, for up to an additional 4 seasons. If your plans change you can exit earlier with 90 days’ notice.

Maintenance and phase out

Our Professional maintenance teams will make sure your yacht is kept to the highest standards at all times throughout the program at no cost to you. We will conduct a thorough phase-out when the time comes.

Exit strategy

At the end of the Yacht Ownership Guaranteed Income Program, whether you want to sail around the world or daysail from the dock, Horizon can complete any upgrades you wish. We have a full-service Brokerage that will help you sell if that is your choice.

*Yacht bookings must be able to be accommodated on another yacht in Horizons fleet.
